公司成立
宝鸡凌云万正电路板有限公司(以下简称“公司”)，是由陕西凌云电器集团有限公司与昆山万正电路板有限公司共同出资组建的有限公司，于2002年4月3日成立。公司位于陕西省宝鸡市渭滨区巨福路41号姜谭工业园，占地面积12000平方米，建筑面积36000平方米。
公司产品广泛应用于通信与网络、服务器、工业控制、医疗仪器、航空航天等领域，产品销售遍及全国。公司专业从事高多层、高频高速、背板、刚挠结合板等高中端印制板的研发、生产和销售，同时公司也在不断加强专业化、自动化、数字化工厂的建设，拥有年产12万平方米的产品全自动化生产线。
